Terms and Conditions for TBCasia

• Statistics and information shared about the blog and its user must be honest and accurate, as the submitted application may be subject to disqualification should the information is inaccurate. At any point of time, up to one year of receiving an award for a specific category, the winner must be agreeable to submit necessary proof to verify any data provided during the application stage. The shortlisted bloggers should be willing to share analytics of their website and social ( read only copy) for the purpose of validating the applications submitted.
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in a fully hosted trip to Sri Lanka, with return air-fare including taxes, full board accommodation at all Cinnamon properties together with on-ground transportation, excursions and entrance to the one day Knowledge sharing session and Travel Blogger Awards ceremony.
• Bloggers who accept the invitation to attend the pre-conference tour, knowledge sharing session and the award ceremony are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 3 high quality blog posts or videos about your experience in Sri Lanka during TBC Asia. Minimum one blog post/video must feature Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts and minimum one blog post/video must include a section about your travels with Sri Lankan airlines and minimum one blog post must include an article about Sri Lanka. The posts must include links to the main partners and the campaign hashtags.
• 2 Social media posts per day, with #tbcasia #cinnamonhotels #srilanka #srilankan and tagging of other partners
• Complete blog posts and social media coverage following the tour maximum 2 months after completion of stay in Sri Lanka. A payment of 500 USD will be released as soon as all your content is submitted and approved by the TBC Asia team.
• Invitations offered to shortlisted bloggers will be exclusively for the person(s) named on each invite and cannot be transferred.
• While we expect the shortlisted applicants of each category to be present for the pre-tour/knowledge sharing session it is not a criteria for judging. In case if you’re unable to visit in person the winner is expected to join the award ceremony via skype.
• Maximum of 15 bloggers will be included in each of the tours mentioned the website to be registered on first come first serve basis once the shortlisted candidates are announced.
• FOC tickets will be issued only from the following SriLankan airlines online points. Any other flights required to connect to the Sri Lankan airlines online point will be a responsibility of the blogger.
